Migration Complete (Delayed Update)

Starting November 3rd, 2025, Nexure began migrating from OVH to our own infrastructure, marking our transition from a Reseller to a Tier-3 Internet Service Provider (ISP). This move gives us more control over our network, reduces dependency on third parties, and allows us to announce our own IP spaces and ASN (AS14700). All customers have been reassigned IPs within our new range, 130.12.30.0/24.

I want to sincerely apologize for the extended downtime and limited updates during this process. Our small team worked through major limitations in the old system, including the lack of vMotion, which slowed migration. With the upgrade now complete, Nexure’s network speeds have doubled from 500 Mbps to 1 Gbps, improving data transfer, system efficiency, and regional performance. Our new system also has vMotion so migrations can be done without the need to even power any systems down, effectively eliminating downtime.

Customers who ordered service during the migration and before the migration after the cut off, I also want to sincerely apologize, that is not in character for Nexure nor in-line with the values we uphold here, every customer is important and I really do want to want to make sure we do right by every customer, big or small. This week has been a lot on everyone, and we understand that and in-light of this we are crediting every invoice this month $0.445 per each our there was downtime for your account. You will see the credit adjustment. If you have an open invoice it will show on the next invoice.

Once again thank you all so much and I really hope yall have a great weekend
